It's not that bad.
It's a well-made adaptation to the comic book, the special effects are amazing, and the cyborgs are pretty cool too.
It's gory and some scenes are very astonishing

reply

Yes the cyborgs are awwesome and the effects are drooling worthy.

The gore was nice, and the robotics and the like, but I didn't like the movie for the most part.

I liked it. I though it was a good film. I still watch it.

I enjoyed it. It's been years since I saw it, but I distinctly remember being blown away by the gore effects, especially the one room filled with human corpses being used as fodder for cyborgs. I should really rent it...

I'm curious... what would you say to Jaime Lee Curtis given her opinion of the film?

reply

I guess I'll probably mention her that freaky friday crap

I thought it was pretty decent, i always like movies where a crazy AI tries to kill everything or where machines come alive etc.

reply

As far as modern b-movies go I thought it was ok. It was totally unoriginal and the acting was tedious at times, especially by Donald Sutherland, but it wasn't as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. I was never bored whilst watching it and found it quite entertaining. From the reviews I was expecting a terrible film and was pleasantly surprised.
