Why can't I find this movie anywhere?

Does anyone know where I can find this movie? The dvd is on Amazon for $59.95 and that's it! No streaming anywhere and not On Demand with Comcast.

If I knew where to send it I could copy it to DVD for you for just the price of a DVD and shipping charges.
