Funny how first thing I thought of was Billy Bob when I heard him talk, but the last thing I thought was that it was actually him. But that character was just creepy. First thing I thought when Penn's character met the guy was stop acting like a jerk cause you don't want to piss off a weirdo like that. But wow he was a great character.

Oliver Stone is a master of creating disgusting characters and get the right men to play them. Tommy Lee Jones and Nick Nolte come first in mind. Billy Bob was damn annoying but funny. I admire Bobby's patience for not choking him to death!
