Native Americans by the look of it, probably from 19th century period. Are you talking about the closing credits ?

You're welcome. I was wondering the same thing the first time I watched it many years ago. There's a Native American theme in the background of the film. The Arizona landscape, and atmosphere gave it that eerie feel as well.

I thought those were Mexican indians celebrating the Day of Death, which if I recall is some sort of holiday where celebrants re-enact the sufferings of Christ, etc. and is known for its darker aspects
