Ok, this is totally off the wall, and I have nothing to back it up, but hey.

T.K's beeper, he just got it apparently right? it's suppose to be "chickie." what if it's actually Elise? calling to make sure the plans are working fine? she never appears on screen, and she doesn't even have a name, just "Chickie." And when the beeper goes off at one point, Walken says "Chickie" now if u'll note, practically the only times that Walken says anything, is when he's noting something important.

Whenever TK goes to call her, he's away from everyone. Like I said, I've got nothing concrete, and I'm probably just blowing smoke screens, but it's a cute idea to play with. besides, I LIKE blowing smoke screens. LOL

I've watched this movie several times and love it, but I'll blow smoke with you as well. I agree, it's open to speculation about which of the friends is involved and at what level they're involved. Clearly, Avery was (and thought himself to be)the center of the conspiracy,along with his sister, possibly Max. Behind his back, Max and the sister add another layer of conspiracy. But T.K.'s complicity is an interesting possibility; check one of the other threads: was there ever actually a severed girl's finger presented to Avery's father as evidence of the kidnapping? Could med student TK have been the source of the finger?

I never felt the 'girls finger' was adequately explained. Otherwise great movie.

I Think You Guys have Thought about this movie way to Much. Everything that happened in the movie was all you needed to see. It dident really show what happened to all the boys, but to the director that was not important.

Interesting idea, but it doesn't make sense. Although I do think the whole "chickie" thing was thrown in to make T.K. look more suspicious, to make it more of a guess who the "inside player" was.

T.K. doesn't leave to call Chickie, he keeps leaving to go shoot up. The only time he really "leaves" to call her is near the end, as Charlie is leaving to the hospital. (And he might have actually been going to shoot up then, too. Who knows?)

Also, if T.K. were in on it, why was he so ready to cut off Max's finger?
