The only thing that could truly do the novel justice would be a mini-series.

A mini-series would only work if it had the funding and writers that understood the content.

One good long movie would do it too.

Netflix perhaps?

I would rather have a good long film with the expense account and SFX to go with it.

I have long thought about the best way to open the film. It would NOT be the raid on Skinny 5, but it would be a raid ....

Yes. I fucking hate long films that go on for hours and hours.
