Wow. This was so bad that I think everybody involved in it should come here and appologize to the film-viewing community.

There are elements of this film that is bad, some of the gaps in the plotting the film re-visits at the end.
However an alien entity and no soldiers were sent!

Well, after reading the book, because I LOVED Jurassic Park (the movie, didn't care for the book) I decided I didn't want to see Sphere, because I couldn't see how on earth (or Vulcan), they could make this movie make any sense. Now, I have seen movies that have done that, but the director of Sphere would not be one of them. Either Michael Crichton or Steven Spielberg would have been my choice.
shareI don't understand people like you, this is much better film than most films out there. Not perfect and has *beep* ending, but that goes for lot of films. Just enjoy the good parts and make the bad parts count in your critic/number you gonna give to this.
