I'm thinking it is. I cannot confirm it as I am a West Coast Girl. (Here, we're more inclined to put alfalfa sprouts in a holster LOL.) I could swear I have seen it done on television in a reality show or documentary form. I wish I could give specifics, but I don't have them. (All I'm flashing on right now is a "True Life" episode of a gal who would put ranch dressing in her purse. That's not quite the same thing!)
