Indeed, life in prison with the possibility of parole after 30 years, which is complete BS! Yolanda should never be allowed outside of prison and back in society, ever! How would that be fair and just? I think she should've gotten the death penalty to be completely honest.
shareShe wasn't eligible. There has to be special circumstances for a DP sentence. Like a kidnapping, robbery, rape etc. so the state charged her with the second most serious charge in Texas, which was first degree murder. And just because she may be eligible for parole doesn't mean she will get out. I don't think she will.. She doesn't have remorse for what she did.
