Selena was taken on March 31st, 1995.

Hopefully the news media will take note of that.

The day after the anniversary, April 1, American Idol will be having a live show. It would be nice if either a contestant sang a Selena song, or perhaps one of the group numbers...especially since Jennifer Lopez is a judge.

Yes indeed, it's amazing how time flies by so fast.
I'm not a big American Idol fan, but I agree; it would be awesome if they did a tribute to Selena.
