No, not even this. The dad is very reluctant (which is easily to be understood). I think they didn´t have sex but it´s all about the daughter´s psychosis.
shareUm ... I think it's clear toward the end of the film that they did have full-fledged sex at least once. I say this because the daughter is easily able to get the father to send away his brand-new wife by threatening to tell the woman "everything" including about the "mole on your left cheek." (The father, played by William R. Moses, has a handsome, blemish-free face, so it is obviously not that cheek to which she is referring.) He would not have been able to be blackmailed so quickly and easily if there had not been something substantial to blackmail him with. Any father who would do such a thing with his own child is at least as mentally whacked out as his child.
shareIt was made very clear at the end that they did have sex once. The daughter was incredibly psychotic and possessive as if she was married to him. Her actions proved they were together at least once. I love Billy Moses! He's an incredible actor and very sweet man. Incredibly gorgeous too but not my fave film he's ever made.
