It certainly implied so, although the degree of her desire would depend on why she decided to kill Ellie, could it because she was closer to her mother, so she did it to revenge her mother's death? Could it because Ellie had become obvious the puppet master in the house after she forced his father to leave the new wife? In any case and no matter how wicked she was, the fact that her father was the only loved one she had pretty much ensured that if not now, sooner or later, she would want to be the one and only in her father's life, weak willed as her father was, he would probably let his younger daughter walk all over him like his older daughter did. Although given her relative young age and relative immaturity, both physically and emotionally, she probably would not be able to seduce her father into sexual relationship.
