Hes got it all...Good eye for drama,plot,character even where to put the camera.If he gets the chance to a make a few movies he really could prove himself as a great come good director.

Agree completely: great actor, director, AND writer...seldom see all of these talents in one person...orson welles comes to mind, and i'm sure there must be at least a few others...anyway, i'm curious to see what he directs and/or writes next...
shareThe Douglas Mgmt site says that Doug Urbanski is working on producing Joe Buck. Since it's Gary's work, I'm sure he'll be directing it. He says it's a sequel to Nil by Mouth? Well, it sounds good anyway. Still not sure whether or not that site is legit.

But agree with all of you, great actor, great writer, great director, a total sex symbol and so talented, he was drunk 99% of one of his films and he still could do better than a lot of other actors could.
