I just find it funny that this film is rated for MAYHEM of all things. Is mayhem offensive for certain groups or damaging for our children? Plus what are “thematic elements” and why does the MPAA need to take note of these things?

Well, there was stuff about using guns and blowing things up, and talk of murder. Some parents may not want their children hearing that kind of stuff, so that's where mayhem comes into play.

They blew up congress! ahahaha!
