good film but
well i did like this film and all but i have to say after a while the slapstick comedy and pratfalls did start to get on my nerves. although i did like the way it ended.

shareare you kidding? i laughed like a maniac all the way through. especially when ernie ends up in the bathtub in the lake and the china cabinet falls on lars's hands and they communicate with whimpers and squeaks and facial expressions. this has got to be one of my favorite movies.
sharethat's one of my favorite sequences as well! the first time i watched there was something about it that seemed familiar.it clicked when ernie waves his necktie at the women (belgian hair models?) while sitting in the town square. oliver hardy and stan laurel! the slapstick could have been taken from one of their films.here's a thought; if nathan lane = hardy and lee evans = laurel does christopher walken = buster keaton? Maybe i'm just seeing things.:)
shareThat's most definitely intentional. I think this movie is severely underrated. It's not only good fun, but it's also very well executed.
shareI agree, this movie's hilarious! I especially like when Christopher Walken's character is on the stretcher after being dragged down the stairs by the mouse. And the scene you were talking about when Ernie and Lars are describing what just happened, but they aren't using any actual words! Classic comedy!
sharegreat movie and i'd purchase it
shareGreat, I did too.
A JACUZZI TUB!
Just thinking about this movie makes me laugh. Such a fun movie. My favorite scene is when they are in the kitchen with all those mousetraps and then they all go off. Omg, classic funny!
