Weird thing I noticed.

Did anyone else notice that characters that we are led to believe will be important just disappear? For example:
-Sub-Zero: Kitana tells him to help with his powers to save the world. He agrees, makes a bridge, fights Scorpion and then disappears.
-Nightwolf:Liu is sent to get his help. He goes through one of the three tests and then we never see Nightwolf again.
-Scorpion:He captures Kitana and then what? He is never seen again.

Also what was up with Johnny Cage dying? No one even tried to help him. Raiden was kicking Kahn's ass and then he just stopped because Kahn grabbed Sonja while Raiden just watched on.

Just crap..pure crap.

I wouldn't try to rationalize the plot or anything in this movie. The only way to enjoy it is to turn off the logical half of your brain. Once you do that, you can derive some enjoyment from it by laughing at the ridiculousness of everything in the movie. Otherwise, it just wastes hours of your life.

Fighting Jade was the last test that Liu Kang had to face. I don't understand the first and second. Nightwolf said that the first test was "Courage" which was nowhere to be found since Liu Kang was knocked out instantly.

Sub Zero must have felt ashamed after Scorpion captures Kitana because Liu Kang had to save Sub Zero.
