A problem with the neuroliser...

When agent K and J flash the neuroliser on the woman in the morgue... they forget to close the aliens head with the little alien inside... Now if the aim is to protect the humans from knowledge of the alien world then surely when she comes out of her daze she will identify the alien thus creating suspicion.

And this a error in the plot identified by a 13 year old girl named Alexandra Mcevoy

It's a plot hole if you ignore the clean-up team that K sends in and his dialog with them.

I noticed it too.
Anyway, maybe, it's because as soon as J & K leave the morgue, the couple of "cleaning" agents come (I think they meet them while walking on the street, outside). Then, we can assume that it's all fixed up by them.
