As a fan of '24' it struck me recently that MIB HQ is similar to CTU.

They probably have divisions in every major city which would explain why Linda's character wasn't seen again in the sequels, she was probably transferred.

Actually much of it was based on the Johnson Wax company headquarters.

I think digitalboy just means in organizational structure. How we only see the New York City location, and there are (or might be) other locations, divisions, etc across the U.S. like CTU.
