Why did they neuralize everyone who knew about aliens?
I just don't get that.

I mean why did they neuralize everyone who knew about aliens for example Beatrice who knew that her husband was killed by an alien?
sharebecause she would live in fear
shareBecause she met the 'Men in Black'.
Studios do not care if the population likes it, as long as they are paying to see it. blackmamba
It is very simple. To prevent the information about the extraterrestial life from spreading.
Back to the basics - In general terms, information about the extraterrestial life would be a good "educational" thing for everyone, but in society terms, it could *beep* things up. Ruin the economy, cause possibly lots of chaos, if not contained.
If people would just think outside the box (comics, newspaper, some junk on tv), this would be an easy thing to understand.
So Men In Black aren't such an bad idea, aren't they?
No, Men In Black aren't real, but some guys/girls in the UN are already planning these sort of things.
It's explained pretty clearly in the dialogue:
Kay: We do not discharge our weapons in view of the public!
Jay: Man, we ain't got time for this cover-up *beep* I don't know whether or not you've forgotten, but there's an Arquillian Battle Cruiser that's about to...
Kay: There's always an Arquillian Battle Cruiser, or a Corillian Death Ray, or an intergalactic plague that is about to wipe out all life on this miserable little planet, and the only way these people can get on with their happy lives is that they DO NOT KNOW ABOUT IT!

Thank you for clearing this out. Makes good sense.

I have to admit, I'm the same way, only not with iPad and iPhone. I have a small apartment that is set up so that the TV is visible and mostly audible from most of it, including the kitchen. I'm usually puttering around the place, or at my desk working on something, or surfing the Web, as I watch TV. It's not unusual for me to miss an important plot point, especially in series episodes, and then spend the rest of the time wondering who's now doing what and why. Thank Al Gore and Henrietta Lange for the internet so, except for brand new episodes of a series, I can look up a synopsis, then say, "Oh, so that's why who did what and why!"
