(Relatively speaking) this was, how did II end up so crap?

I own both. If I loved I and didn't like II anywhere near as much, will III be ok?

I always find it hilarious when the dimwitted and ignorant attempt to belittle.

The first time I saw 'MIB II' I just felt that it was really bad, and not much else.
Rewatching it recently made me think that part of the reason it felt bad was that it was all shiny and "plasticky" and most of the extremely over used cgi-effects (of which the original had surprisingly few) felt rushed and low-budget.

The third MIB is better that part II, but not by very much.
