WHY WASNT TARANTINO PART OF THIS GREAT MOVIE?

Just to keep in line with more than a couple of morons posting on these Boards:

It's so bad that Tarantino wan't involved at all, or was he?, with 2001-Spice Odissey, The Godfather, Apocalipse Now, Singing in the Brain, Casablanca and Lawrence of Arabia.
All of them would have been a lot better with him as Director in Chief of the whole world.

If pigs had any brain they would be Tarantino nut-fans

Well if these flicking idiotic morons would actually read the posts before posting upon them. It was stated that it seemed to have identical aspects that seemed very Tarantino or others around that time. It wasn't so much just Tarantino but a Tarantino thing in which he mixes up a few other films.
Many other film-makers have copied or have shown an identical feel such as Guy Ritchie and Joe Carnahan and others... even Alejandro González Iñárritu's "Amores Perros."
