Hi movie_nazi...I believe Wayland is the killer. He lies through the entire movie and messes with Kennisaw's head to the point of making him seem guilty. But Kennisaw is only guilty of psychologically killing his wife...it wasn't real...but it was real enough in his mind to trigger the polygraph to make him appear guilty. As Wayland pointed out earlier..."truth is in here" while circling his finger at his head. And also...why would Wayland go through such extremes if he was truly innocent? Why would he take pills to erase his memory and fake his own death? Only a person who is guilty of something would do that. Wayland was lieing from the very beginning. He lied when they first hooked him up...when he asked Braxton who Kennisaw was and Braxton said it was his collegue and asked Wayland if he bothered him he could ask him to leave. Wayland replied with a "no", but at the same time you see Wayland's foot bending...it's because he was lieing when he said no. That's body language.
"Ain't life grand?"
