How come Macaulay Culkin wasn't in Home Alone 3?

Macaulay Culkin was the original actor from the first two Home Alone films how come he wasn't in Home Alone 3 he should have had a cameo in Home Alone 3 he could have showed up in the school scene i wonder why he wasn't in Home Alone 3.

Macaulay Culkin had actually dropped out of acting in 1994, and didn't return until 2003. If they even bothered to ask, he probably said no.

His brother Kieran was going to return as cousin Fuller, which would've made Home Alone 3 a spin-off. Scrapped because Kieran felt he wouldn't make a good replacement. Credit to IMDB...

It says in the trivia section that he didn't want to reprise the role and he had grown tired of these roles. As a matter of fact, for awhile he gave up acting.

Mack would've been, what, 17 when Home Alone 3 hit theaters? I don't think having a teenager a few years shy of being an adult could work in a film like this.

Plus, whomever said Mack quit acting in 1994 is correct. He took a sabbatical for nine years.
