Bell's in beginning and during Clementine 'sex' scene

THe bells that repeat in the beginning. The two note bells. What is this from? Have i heard this in another PTA film? It sounds VERY VERY familiar from another film. What are these notes and bells from? Anything? Anyone?

edit: just noticed another post exists about this. My question is more about where these notes come from? DO I just remember this from magnolia and boogie nights? I seem to recall this in an older film

It's a piece of music called "Clementine's Loop" and was made for "Hard Eight" it has definitely been used in "Magnolia" and "Boogie Nights" another P.T. Anderson trademark

It's used very well in Boogie Nights, but I'm 99% sure that it is not in Magnolia.

It's in the beginning of Magnolia when the boy is loading the shotgun, which his mother then fires - shooting the boy as he passes by the window.
