Better alternative to the movie
There's a documentary that follows a class of Navy SEAL recruits through their entire process to become SEALS which is far more interesting than this movie. In some ways it's less hardcore because in real life instructors can't physically abuse you, but in some ways far more intense when you get to see the rigours of their training.
