Did this actually play in any cinemas in the United States when it came out? Was anyone here lucky enough to see that, because that would be amazing. Let me know in the comments if you know anything about that or if everyone had to see this via home video in the U.S.

IFC channel used to show it early 2000s, before then i had never heard of it and used to attend the cinema frequently in the USA
