When alex and isabelle get married after when they are on the bed and he kissed down her body what does he look up at her and then kiss is it her stomach or south of there? lol.

LOL its her stomach...its the baby inside the stomach he kisses though. symbolically

It was her pregnant tummy and that scene is so incredibly romantic!
