after the baby was born

I combed through the boards to see if anyone else noticed this...

now, I've never had a baby, and I know that women have been giving birth in odd places for years, but if someone's gonna give birth on a bridge in the pouring rain, wouldn't they wanna get her to the hospital as soon as possible once the baby arrived?

I just always thought the fact that he had time to make that wish and throw the coin over while the ambulance just sat there, and then didn't drive off when Alex finally got into it just a little "movie-ish" (read: unrealistic).

i know, it's only a movie, and a romantic comedy at that...it's the only reason i've waited so long to bring this up...

It takes a LONG time for them to get situated in the ambulance. I was at a situation where a girl was having a miscarriage, and she was losing a lot of blood and it took them like 15 minutes to get her out of there. They have to stabilize first if possible... Also, its just a movie :P

Joey: Shaving?
Chandler: No, rabies
