Sorry if this has been addressed before but I heard that Salma and Matthew couldn't stand each other and never got on during the making of this movie. Has anyone else heard the same?

No, I have heard the opposite. Matthew Perry continued to say good things about Salma Hayek for years after they made the film.

They did have really great chemistry, whether they dated in real life or not.

Actually I heard they got along fine, but this was when Matthew Perry had that drug problem so filming his scenes were difficult. He was on painkillers or something.
