The FBI just starts shooting into the penthouse, without giving anyone a chance to surrender, or knowing whether or not there were innocent people there. I know Castor is a bad guy, but shouldn't the other FBI agents have said "isn't this kinda murder?" Also, that means the FBI agents who were killed were killed in self defence.
I don't know if you noticed, this movie IS ridiculous.
