Hidden joke? Town in Montana?
An early dialog scene compares the town of Dante's Peak to one in Montana, and a character kind of goes out of his way to say that was a pretty lame place. They drew such attention to this throwaway dialog, it makes me think it's a dig at another film, but I can't place it. Am I chasing shadows?
