Bridge scene Used in other movies and on TV

I have noticed the bridge scene used in Dante's peak has been used in a couple other things at least, its the part where paul fails to make it across the bridge and he stands there and camera pulls away and you see bridge swept away.
I just saw it in a Tire commercial where a guy veers out of the way of a squirrel (or Beaver) just missing it. It then shows the same guy driving down the road, and the squirrel/Beaver knocks a tree down blocking his cars path. Then you look beyond the tree and see the same bridge with paul and the van digitally removed from the scene being swept away. Also saw it on a scifi movie a few weeks before that. The name escapes me. Anyone else notice this bridge scene being used in any other movies?
