Was his sentence to 7 to 10 years for a self-defense killing believable
I couldn't believe that an American court would give an active duty Army Ranger 7 to 10 years for the self-defense killing of that scumbag who pulled a knife on him when he had two witnesses on his side, his wife and the guy his wife went to get. The judge said because he, Cage, was considered a deadly weapon from being in the US Army that he's guilty of manslaughter, but the scumbag had a deadly weapon also, which was the switchblade, so wouldn't that make it all equal. You know that scumbag probably also had a police record. It just didn't seem believable to me.
And what the hell were they thinking having Cage talk with a Gomer Pyle accent, and he even seemed kind of slow like him, too.
