So, according to the Trivia section of Con Air, John Cusack doesn't like this movie and won't do interviews about it.
I wonder how he feels about 2012, which is perhaps the most unwatchable movie of the millennium. He should be so embarrassed about being in that, he should start off every interview apologizing for it.

I don't blame him. Cusack's character in Con Air was one of the most annoying characters in cinema history. Not only that, but how am I to believe that he would prefer that the feds avoid shooting down the plane full of convicts and instead preferring to endanger the lives of all the innocent people on the Las Vegas strip?

This is the kind of project you look back on and laugh about it - not "dislike" or "hate" it. The whole thing's silly - but fun! It's on TV as I type this, and my wife can't stand it but I said to her that I'll bet the guys in the ensemble had a blast making it. It just has that kind of purposely-over-the-top vibe.
