I just watched this film, and I loved it, it's one of my favourite films from this decade.
However, making the top 10 of Sight and Sound is a huge task. There are a lot of great films made throughout history, and it could be too early for "In The Mood For Love" to make it into the top 10. I reckon it will get at least a couple votes in 2012, but top 10? Highly unlikely imo. From the last poll, the latest film to be included in either the Director or Critics poll was Raging Bull, which was 22 years after its release. I think you're asking too much from "In The Mood For Love".
But take nothing away from the movie itself, it is brilliant.
