Four questions about Forte
Since his behavior continues into adulthood, and is bred of malice, Forte is branded irredeemable, whereas Adam is a misguided kid who has a chance. Is that why the older character is chained to the wall? Does the enchantress view him as the monster of the castle and give him an extra punishment? Immobility does not prevent the composer from talking, so why doesn't anyone warn Belle about him? All of the residents know that the very creepy instrument is evil but make it easy for him to lead the newcomer astray. Beast is learning friendship and kindness, so why can't he finally recognize Forte's manipulation? The musician's only interest is trouble, and the master should be able to step away from that instead of blindly walking back into it.
