What happened to the DVD's?

When I first saw the VHS version of Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, after Dr. Evil tried to come up with a plan to use a laser to drill holes in the ozone layer, increasing the risk of cancer, unless the world pays them a ransom. Like he did when Dr. Evil wanted to blackmail the Royal Family by saying Prince Charles has had an affair out of marriage unless Dr. Evil gets paid, Number Two cleared his throat. He told Dr. Evil, "That also HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE," referring to the hole in the ozone layer. It was like that in the DVD version. However, not to long ago, I rented the movie again, and this time the take of Number Two saying "That also has already been done" was replaced by another take, of Number Two saying, "That also ALREADY HAS HAPPENED." I think the previous DVD's (or DVD) got too scracthed and were replaced by pressings with the Number Two saying "That also already has happened." I could have sworn I saw on the DVD that Number Two said, "That also has already been done." Kinda freaky, isn't it?
And I would have suggested that if it was done/happened already, why not do it again? And the answer is, it wouldn't be funny. Did any of you remember the older pressings of the Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery when Number Two said, "That also HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE."?
