I notice that when Austin Powers gets played on cable, they edit Alotta Fagina's name. However, if that is the case, then why don't they edit Pussy Galore's name when they play Goldfinger?
shareGreat question. Personally, I think its all about the network. Austin Powers gets played on Fox and TBS, major networks and whatnot. I notice they tend to be more censored. I've only seen Goldfinger played on Spike, which is a little more loose with the censors.
