Austin is supposed to be English right? Why does he think about baseball during the fem-bot scene? Anyone have an explanation for this? What about all you English fans... how often do you think about baseball-America's pastime?

Its just a joke about thinking unsexy thoughts to avoid prematurely "arriving" if you will. Baseball is just the most commonly referenced topic for that purpose.

Plus, cricket is sexy.

Baseball was used to appeal to the American masses, as the vast majority of films do, English or American made! - all about the dollar. ;o)
