... Anaconda "1" is as good as Casablanca. GOD! The sequels sucked big time... I mean, when I saw the first one.. well I was little so I thought it was awesome lol, but when I saw it again, man was it bad! And just when you think it can't get any worse the sequels show you otherwise.

The 1sr sequel would have made more sense if it were called "RETICULATED PYTHON,Quest for the blood orchird".
The later 2 sequels...Typical Sci-Fi channel eurotrash crap,And a waste of money ,and talent(such as it was).

'Anaconda' was a good action-adventure-animalhorror, that's where it started that's where it stopped, I've seen it maybe 4 times, and each time it works for me....but PLEASE, the sequals are nothing short of total RUBBISH.
shareYes, the first one, the original, was surely the best. The second one, Blood Orchid, was not very good, but not very bad too. As spike1234 wrote, the snakes head looks like more a retic in this, in the original movie the Anaconda looks like an Anaconda, except the dragon-like eyes. I guess, the filmmakers made this to let look it more evil.
