Danny Trejo's character. I don´t understand...

Before the boat begun to tremble, how did he know an anaconda was coming? We can see long seconds before the anaconda showed up, he desperately called for help and it was eviddently due to that. In fact, the anaconda was a big distance away from the boat and Trejo was already in panic. It wasn't bad edition because we were supposed to see Trejo´s fear first and then the cause of that, but id doesn't make sense.

Trejo's character was a Poacher who was hunting an Anaconda, no doubt with some other men, Serone likely being one of them. While we don't see any other people on the boat it can be assumed that some have died, or some like Serone (who was later rescued by the film crew) ventured off.

Later in the movie they encounter the boat from the beginning. That's where Serone takes the picture of him, Trejo and Mateo holding a big snake, down off the wall. Later when Serone's tied up, Terri shows the article to him and mentions it being some kind of conspiracy between him and Mateo.

Nope, that's no my question. I know who Trejo really was. Read my question again.

I know your question, read my response again.

Trejo was no doubt with other men, Serone being one of them, who had gone. The rest of the crew were likely dead/eaten by Anacondas.

No need to be a smartass. I keep my question because what you said is a mere supposition, as we never see other men apart from Mateo and Sarone (with A). Trejo an them are the only poachers in the picture. For some reason, Trejo had been left alone there. But there's no hint about what happened there. We only see him desperately calling for help, like he knew the anaconda was already there. Maybe the fear in the animals inside made him suspect, but we don't know. He was calling on radio when the anaconda was still a long distance from the boat.

Serone is spelled with an E. I don't need wrong captions, just watch the end credits.

I'm not trying to be a smartass but what else do you expect to get out of this? Anything anyone says is going to be mere suspicion.

In the opening shot from the snakes POV we can slightly see a dead corpse there in the branches. We can surmise that they likely being the only people out there, and with the rest of the crew gone, that the snake ate/regurgitated one of them.

You're right, it's with E. My bad.
You hadn't mentioned that opening shot from the snake. I don't remember any corpse. Please tell me exactly in what moment did you see it, the aproximated time of the movie, the previous scene, anything.

It's right the second it switches to the snakes POV in the opening credits sequence. There's a thread about it here - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118615/board/nest/200083436. It's a pretty old looking, rotted corpse. Maybe the attack wasn't so recent.

I just saw the scene. That changes things a lot, despites it's not clear who was that dead man. Thanks!

The other guy was Mateo, the boat captain, it was Serone, Trejo & Mateo. That's why Mateo acted like that when he saw Serone and that's also why Serone yanked that picture off of the wall before Ice Cube could see it.
