I almost couldn't believe it. I was watching this on cable and I saw this scene and said to myself wow is that a goof or was it on purpose. Any way I thought it was one of the most irresponsible ridiculous mistakes of editing to make, and why wouldn't this be caught before release.

My understanding was that they didn't realize that they needed footage where the boat backs away from the waterfall, and didn't realize until after the shooting and thay had left the location. They had to reverse the footage they had of the boat going toward the fall.

It really is funny how they let this one slide. Seems to me that the scene itself wasn't that important anyway. The characters had just finished talking about how they're leaving, so they didn't really need to SHOW it, too.
