I'm not sure about this being a part of any other universe, but FOX's 24 starring Kiefer Sutherland, was kind of a spiritual successor to Air Force One, with similar tone and music as well, and Xander Berkeley was in both.

That can’t be the case becuase AF1 came out in 1997, several years before 24 began airing.
