Who was more evil? Korshnov or Richie Madano from Out For Justice?

Which of the two villains was more evil?

Madano enjoys killing, and even shoots an innocent disabled guy with a joke - ‘put you out of your misery’, whereas Korshnov is a fanatic who kills for political ends. Ritchie is a full blown sicko, way more evil.

Totally agree. Richie was far more evil than Korshunov. At least Korshunov did what he did for what he felt was in the best interest of his country. However, Richie killed the guy in the wheelchair because he thought that the guy in the wheelchair rat him out.

I'm going with Richie in this case, he was way more unhinged, unpredictable, crazier, and just killed people for the hell of it like they were nothing. Ivan was a radical terrorist POS, but he wasn't doing it for fun and at least had a reason for it.

Totally agree. Also Korshunov felt he was doing the right thing. Richie knew that what he was doing was wrong but didn't care. In your opinion, what was the most evil thing that Richie did?
