I don't get why people got sucked out of the plane when Lenski used the plastic explosives. Can you explain that to me? Also when the cargo door opened how come no one got sucked out?

The area they were in was apparently designed for parachuting, since the cockpit indicator said "parachute ramp". A bay for parachuting would likely be unpressurized, or have the means to depressurize the area properly prior to opening the door.
