She comforts him because his wife wants a divorce so they made it seem like they were going to get together and then I'm pretty sure she just disappears in season 5 or season 6 so what happens to her?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the actress died, could be mistaken though.

The white secretary that Miguel hit on actually was murdered by a guy in the apartment below her. I was going thru the IMDb of all the people on the show. Was saddened by this
