Does Hank Hill and his family live in the same town as Beavis and Butt-Head?

Idk but there is a beta test version of Hank Hill in the Beavis and Butthead show

I'd bet they're in the same universe. Beavis & Butthead takes place in a town/suburb called Highland, but in some seasons of the show, it appears to be set in a Highland, New Mexico. Both B&B movies undoubtedly place Highland in Texas, though.
