Cotton's Army pension..
The episode where Cotton is broke & living at the VFW has me scratching my head. Since he retired a full Colonel, wouldn't he have been able to live somewhat comfortable on his pension?
shareCotton was never a Colonel that was just a name Dale called him out of admiration. I am also sure Cotton spent all his money at strip clubs and alcohol.
