King of the Hill was our last bipartisan comedy

It’s been six years since the Fox animated series went off the air, but it was the last comedy to unite both liberals and conservatives.

KotH had writers. Family Guy has manatees.

Sad that this show ended six years ago :(

At least it ended on a high note.

King of the Hill was more about culture clash, and how Hank responded to the changing world. One on going story was that Cotton felt the same way about Hank's generation that Hank felt about Bobby, he didn't understand it.

One later episode a new family moves to town and wants to revive the Order of the Striaght Arrow and then are too scared to allow their kids to actually go camping, or start a fire or learn to use a knife so they just camp out in the library.

Nowadays, Hank Hill would probably be considered a liberal.😄

It seemed to make fun of all kinds of people, both liberal and conservative, even though Hank was definitely on the conservative side. Thank God for reruns.
