Bobby and Joseph would absolutely know what the Daytona 500 was.

In Enrique-cilable Differences the whole B story was about Bobby and Joesph trying to unlock Fox so they could watch the Daytona 500 which they think is a sexy new tv show. Bobby used to work at a NASCAR track.

I don't think the track Bobby worked at was a NASCAR track, wasn't it more like a local speedway? But yeah, Hank is supposed to be a NASCAR fan so you'd think Bobby would have heard of it.
